EASY INDUCTION METHOD

What is our method and how does it work?

At Keep Up we have developed a successful method to contribute to the integration of your candidate. We do a planned and methodical follow-up with the candidate over 100 days with different “milestones” as well as with his or her direct superior, with the aim of detecting, if they appear, deviations from the expectations of both parties. Our mission with the “Easy Induction” method is to help eliminate these deviations, to help correct them and thus contribute to the successful integration of the new employee.

Step 0 - Incorporation

Consultant

It will have a brief introduction of the MEI, focusing on the dedication requirements of each actor and their commitment.

Candidate

We will introduce you to a brief explanation of the MEI for a successful integration. A 30-day work plan will be developed.

Hierarchical Superior

We will first discuss the MEI for a successful integration. A 30-day work plan will be developed by the Manager.

Step 1: +33 days

Consultant

We will have a follow-up meeting of the first 30 days: what work has been done, what fears and threats we have detected.

Candidate

First impressions of:
– Company culture and relationship with the superior.
– Definition of the business.
– Management of the expectations of its evolution.

Hierarchical Superior

We will evaluate first impressions of the interaction with the line manager as well as the relationship with peers.

Knowledge of the business so far and management of expectations.

Step 2: +66 days

Consultant

We will study what we have achieved in the second month. We will review the work done and the management of the fears and threats detected.

Candidate

We put in practice a cultural fit roughness forecast. We create an action plan to increase the “feeling” as well as the awareness of the business. We will create a VALUE proposition

Hierarchical Superior

We will start the forecasting of threats and weaknesses, create an action plan to increase the “feeling” as well as increase the knowledge of the business.

Step 3: +99 days

Consultant

We will evaluate how gaps are being managed. Create support for an action plan. Inform peers about the completion of 360° feedback.

Candidate

Review the work done so far: What actions will we take to fill the gaps? How can your superior support you?

Hierarchical Superior

We will review the work done so far: What results have we achieved? We move on to create KPIs for the first year’s objectives.

Step 4: day 100

Consultant

We will perform a 360º feedback of the first 100 days together with a report of results and contrasts of each one of the expectations. In addition to the relevant recommendations for the way forward.
